Company Milestones
- March 2007: Samplify Systems launches is patented Prism™ signal compression technology. Samplify’s Prism™ compression engine is the only compression technology which provides real-time lossless and near lossless compression for high speed sampled data solutions.
- October 2008: Samplify Systems establishes its fabless semiconductor business model with the launch of its award-winning SAM1600 family of compressing ADCs. At the time, the SAM1600 family is a proof-point of the company’s industry-leading mixed signal design capability, providing not only twice the channel density of existing solutions, but integrating the company’s signal compression technology while still consuming half the power per channel. The SAM1600 family reached production availability status in April 2009 without any mask changes.
- June 2009: Samplify establishes strategic partnership module by licensing its Prism CT™ compression technology exclusively to Moog Components Group of Blacksburg, VA.
- March 2010: Samplify signs joint development agreement with IDT Corporation to deliver semiconductor signal chain solutions around its Prism IQ™ compression technology for wireless infrastructure applications.
- April 2009: Samplify establishes its board level business with the launch of the SMM9132 ultrasound analog front-end receiver module. Samplify also introduces its second major line of intellectual property, AutoFocus™ beamforming for ultrasound. Samplify announced joint development with Altera Corporation for a complete 64-channel ultrasound analog front-end reference design.
